▶︎ Express Mail Service(EMS)is a shipment delivery service offered by R.O.C (Taiwan) Postal Express as well as other postal operators in the world.
▶︎ EMS delivers merchandise from Taiwan to other countries with speed and high reliability.

Buying process

STEP 1

▶︎ Select your desired color and size of the item, and add it to your Cart.

STEP 2

▶︎ Selet a delivery method.

▶︎ Make payment.

STEP 3

▶︎ Enter the payment successful web page.

  

STEP 4

▶︎ Receive a confirmation email.

    

Reminder:

The shopping cart does not retain the items you have added to your cart before you make your purchase. The allocation of the goods in stock will be based on he checkout order.

【EXCHANGE RATES】

▶︎ Foreign Exchange Rates apply to the day the transaction is processed by credit card. This may differ from the actual date of the transaction.
▶︎  Your bank may or may not assess foreign transaction fees on cross border transactions.

【DUTIES & TAXES】

You might need to pay duties or taxes when your shipment arrives. The cost will depend on your country's tax laws.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, China Union Pay for all international orders.

2. 【Apple Pay】

Only available on the Pinkoi APP.

Select Apple Pay and use your finger print to complete the payment.

3. 【Alipay】

Select Alipay , then press Check Out, you will be brought to the Alipay payment web page.

4. 【PayPal】

Select PayPal, then pree Check Out, you will be brought to the PayPal payment web page.

If this is the first time you use PayPal, you will be charged an extra TW$29 by PayPal.

5. 【LINE Pay】

Select LINE Pay, then press Check Out, follow the instructions to Log into your LINE account, then enter your password to make payments through LINE Pay.

【DELIVERY TIMES】

Days of delivery commence from mailing date (excluding customs clearance date).

Please note that delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

▶︎ Malaysia, China, other Asia Pacific countries  /  2-3 business days
▶︎ America, Canada, Europe  /  5-6 business days
▶︎ Oceania  /  6-8 business days

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

NOTE: International orders do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchange.

▶︎ Request to refund must be made within 7 days from receiving the item by contacting the customer service from the Pinkoi APP.

(1) We cannot process exchanges for merchandise purchased online. We suggest you to return the merchandise and place a new order.
(2) Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
(3) If an item has a brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
(4) Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.
(5) We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with your original invoice to the original payment method if the item to be returned is shipped to us within 7 days of delivery.
(6) We will compete the refund process within 1 business day of receiving the item.
