Q. How many languages is it possible to browse in?

Q. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

An email address is all you need to start the order process.
We recommend that you register for a FUTE account so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order.


Q. WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our login page at the top right corner of the website and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.


Q. CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please email us at service@fute.com.tw as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. Further information on cancelling an order can be found in our Return & Refunds Policy.


Q. WILL I GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email from us with your order number. You will receive another email when your order ships.


Q. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

To make any changes to your order, please send us an e-mail at service@fute.com.tw

Q. WHERE CAN I FIND SIZE & FIT ADVICE?

Click on ‘Size Guide’ on the item’s page to view our conversion chart. We also provide fit information and model measurements for each style under the ‘Size & Fit’ tab.


Q. Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.


Q. Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the case of products which are hand crafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.


Q. What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please email us at service@fute.com.tw as soon as possible.
